Privacy Policy

- Your progress, unlocked characters, and settings stay on your device.
- The developer does not collect, receive, or have access to any of it.
- Fox Dash has no account, no ads, no analytics, and no third-party tracking.
- Leaderboards and achievements are handled entirely by Apple Game Center.
Who this policy covers
This policy applies to Fox Dash: Wild Adventures (the "App") for iPhone and iPad, created by Alexander Rohr (the "Developer"). The App is rated for all ages and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Information stored on your device
Fox Dash stores your progress, such as unlocked characters and worlds, high scores, and playtime by character and world, locally on your device using standard iOS storage. This information stays on the device it was created on; the App does not sync it to iCloud or any other device.
Fox Dash does not operate any servers, and the App does not send your progress or play activity to the Developer.
Game Center
Leaderboards and achievements are provided by Apple Game Center. If you sign in to Game Center, your score submissions and achievement progress are handled by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy. The Developer only sees the same leaderboard standings available to any player; Game Center is entirely optional.
Information collected automatically
The App does not collect usage statistics, device identifiers, IP addresses, or location, and it does not include any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking software.
If you have chosen to share analytics with app developers in your device's settings (Settings › Privacy & Security › Analytics & Improvements), Apple may provide the Developer with anonymous crash reports and performance data. You can turn this off at any time in the same settings screen.
Purchases
In-app purchases, such as the Crystal Dragon character and point bundles, are processed by Apple through the App Store. The Developer does not receive your payment information.
Keeping and deleting your information
Your progress stays on your device until you delete it. Deleting the App removes all locally stored progress. Because the Developer never receives your information, there is nothing held by the Developer to delete.

This website may link to other websites. Those sites are not operated by the Developer, and their own privacy policies apply.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
