These terms apply to Fox Dash: Wild Adventures (the "App") for iPhone and iPad, created by Alexander Rohr (the "Developer"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
These terms supplement Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which also applies to your use of the App.
Progress is stored on your device only
Fox Dash does not use iCloud or any account system. Unlocked characters, worlds, and high scores are stored only on the device you play on, and do not transfer if you get a new device or reinstall the App.
Purchased characters are tied to your Apple Account and can be restored on a device using the same Apple Account through the App's Restore Purchases option, but in-game points and progress earned by playing are not restored.
Purchases
The App itself is a one-time paid download. It also offers optional in-app purchases, including the Crystal Dragon character and bundles of in-game points, each a one-time purchase and not a subscription.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm a purchase.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
Game Center
Leaderboards and achievements use Apple Game Center and are governed by Apple's own terms. Signing in to Game Center is optional.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You agree not to copy, modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, or to create derivative works from it, except as allowed by law. You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs, or manipulate Game Center leaderboards.
Intellectual property
The App and its design, software, artwork, characters, and worlds are owned by the Developer and protected by intellectual property laws. The Fox Dash name and characters may not be used without permission.
Internet connection
Fox Dash can be played fully offline. An internet connection is needed only for Game Center and for in-app purchases, and your mobile carrier's data charges may apply.
Third-party services
The App uses services provided by Apple, including Game Center and the App Store. Those services are governed by Apple's own terms and privacy policies.
Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Developer does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that progress stored on your device will always be available or complete.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of progress or other losses, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
Changes to the App and these terms
The Developer may update, change, or stop offering the App or its features at any time. These terms may also be updated from time to time, and changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the App after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising under these terms are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the relevant territory.
